I would love to show you what is special about Sanders County. Not only is it a beautiful place to live, but the lifestyle in this area of Northwest Montana is truly special and unique.I have been selling real estate in Sanders County since 1998 and was instrumental in bringing a Coldwell Banker franchise to Plains, Montana. Coldwell Banker Wachholz and Company was in Plains from 2000 thru 2010. While with Coldwell Banker I earned numerous awards, including being named to the Diamond Society in 2003, the Sterling Society in 2004 and 2006, and the Presidential Society in 2005. I earned my Brokers license in 2005. My proudest career moment thus far is being named as the Customer Choice Award recipient in 2008. This award is based on the service provided to my clients and is a company-wide award. In 2010, I became a member of the Century 21 family. The office in Plains stayed in the same location and the same exceptional customer service is still my goal. I strive to provide exceptional customer service in all that I do!I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but got to Montana as soon as I could! Raised in Billings, loving the state of Montana and not wanting to leave, I attended college in Butte and received a degree in Petroleum Engineering in 1990 from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology. My husband Ron and I were married in 1990 and began our adventure in the mining industry in Wallace, Idaho. We lived there for 3 years before moving to Libby, Montana, where we had our two sons. In 1993 our adventure took us to Knoxville, Tennessee, where we spent 3 years before the mountains of Northwest Montana called us home.In 1996 we returned to Plains, Montana. Ron took over the family surveying and land developing business and in 1998 I decided to become a Real Estate agent. In my spare time, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Plains Business Association and am active in the Plains Booster Club. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, and snowmobiling. My two boys have continued in the Oredigger tradition and attended Montana Tech in Butte. On Friday nights you will find me cheering on the Plains Horsemen/Trotters and on Saturdays the University of Montana Grizzlies or the Montana Tech Orediggers.
