Community museum housed in a historic granite mansion that was built in 1890 by prominent business man Byron Roger Sherman. The museum includes a carriage house added in 1989 to house buggies, wagons, a stage coach and a balcony with a bank, school and medical instruments. Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Very interesting museum with lots of local history. Many of the items were donated from local families. Thank you Dawn for the wonderful tour!
