The 1950s called and wanted this place back. I'll start in reverse. There's no maid service to speak of. The beds are uncomfortable. There's no guide with which to change channels easily on the TVs.

they're breakfast with just a 1/2 of a bluebery muffin. Small cups of coffee, no water, no milk, no juice. The room was actually clean, but in the odd spot.

Outstanding value for the money. Older slightly shop-worn motel but perfectly acceptable. Comfortable, clean, pleasant competent staff.
