Good coffee. House made oyster stew. Homemade Cowpie ice cream. Where else can you get those? Housemade pie is famous in these parts. Popular with truckers. Very friendly family run.

Wonderful, family run place. Ham steak & eggs with hash browns was great. Highlight was the house made cinnamon rolls (that had to weigh at least a pound) & the cherry pie ala mode.

We love this place! The first time we went, we were so excited for the homemade desserts including baklava! The service is outstanding, feels like you're in someone's home, just the nicest people....

The best service, food, menu, mood, people, cinnamon rolls you can get. I discovered the best fishing holes through the comradely of this restaurant, and the incredible baklava.

Cosy, friendly, delicious and generous! The Avon Family Cafe is simply lovely. You will have a great meal, and take half of it home for tomorrow as the portions are so generous. Highly recommend
