Anaconda-Deer Police Department

The Law Enforcement Department is a full-service public safety agency that works under the government of the city of Butte, Mont. It prevents crime, protects residents lives and property, preserves peace and order and safeguards citizens rights. The department undertakes various criminal cases and works with other state, local and federal agencies to ensure public safety and exchange of information between law enforcement officers and the public. The Law Enforcement Department maintains a communications center that dispatches calls for law enforcement, fire and emergency medical services.
