Everytime I see this food truck I have to order the fusion brisket bowl. Amazing flavors and the meat is the star of the show with how tender and buttery it is.

Super legit. Great food and awesome super-friendly people. I've had BBQ all over, including top spots in Central Texas, and I highly recommend 406 BBQ if you're in the area.

This is a great operation that services festivals and farmers markets in the Glacier Valley area. Probably the best brisket I've ever had, usually paired with awesome slaw and rice in a bowl....
