Rice is good, St. Paul's are FANTASTIC!!!! Service is pretty good, but you better keep your head on a swivel. It's not in the best of neighborhoods, So if you are not familiar with area, best bet...

Yet Bun's food is delicious. Their service is quick but what I don't enjoy is the loitering outside there building.
