Lincoln County Ambulance District is located approximately 60 miles North of St. Louis. Lincoln County is ranked the fastest growing county in Missouri and 64th in the nation. We cover approximately 630 square miles with a population of approximately 53, 000. Lincoln County Ambulance District is a progressive ambulance district with outstanding pre-hospital protocols/standing orders ; ranging from 12 lead EKGs, wave-form capnography, innovative ACLS/Cardiac medications, and we are able to perform pharmacological assisted intubations. We carry Pediatric and Adult EZ-IOs, an Auto-Pulse CPR board on the Supervisor vehicle and each ambulance has a Lucus on board. We are working in conjunction with St. Joseph Health Center' St. Charles, ( Code MI ) reducing time from ED arrival to balloon ( Cardiac Cath ). Dr. Dennis Keesal, MD. ( a Board Certified Emergency Physician ) has been our Medical Director for over 8 years and has contributed greatly to our progressiveness and enables us to provide the most current and innovative care for our patients.

The Montgomery County Ambulance Association is a collaborative group of Regional EMS Leaders Operational and Administrative, representing EMS Agencies in Montgomery County and adjacent areas. They meet monthly to network, share ideas, and are actively involved in local EMS delivery, planning, and state EMS legislative efforts. With 21 licensed emergency 911 ambulance services and 37 licensed EMS Transport services, Montgomery County boasts over 2000 licensed Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians, and other EMS providers who are prepared to respond 24/7, 365 days a year.
