History
This restaurant opened in 2008 under the name Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi with head chef and owner, Billy Whang at the helm. Over time it has slowly transformed into what it is now, a nice, comfortable and relaxing place to dine. It's most recent change, as of 2012-13, is it's name. Due to confusion over visitors and 'Wasabi' being a chain elsewhere Billy decided to make a name change to avoid any further confusion. Although the name has changed, it is still the same, great place to go for sushi, specialty drinks, tasty lunches and dinners, and one of the best restaurant atmospheres in Branson.
Specialties
Top quality sushi made and served just right. We here at Wakyoto strive to make your dining experience a place to remember by offering, not only the best sushi in town, but great service, a great atmosphere, and a diverse menu.
