Credit union has lost paperwork, it ended up costing me 200. Now recently they stopped my recurring payment for no reason, costing me a late charge

I am not going to put my money in bank that I cannot walk up and talk to a teller. The tellers are in a back room you can only talk to through a telephone and a video screen.
