Valeda-S Hope

Valeda's Hope is a community-based breast cancer support organization dedicated to guiding women through the breast cancer journey, from initial diagnosis to survivorship. Since its inception, the organization has provided over 700 recliners to women undergoing double mastectomies and facilitated more than 10,000 3D mobile mammograms for underserved women in collaboration with Siteman Cancer Center.

In addition to offering educational programs on breast health in local high schools, Valeda's Hope shares inspirational stories and resources to empower women facing breast cancer. The organization emphasizes the importance of early detection through annual mammograms and supports women with hope and guidance throughout their treatment and recovery processes.
