I've been to several locations all around. This seems to be the only one with friendly and caring staff. Their kiosk also is a great asset if you need to mail something when they are not open....

I mailed a package on the 7th for Valentines Day. Supposed to be in Arkansas 4 days ago. It's in Florida as of today! I don't know if this was done on purpose or they are just this incompetent...

Between Kansas City and Springfield, good luck getting your package. It won't be arriving on time, or even the following Monday, or Tuesday... They've gone from ridiculously terrible, to ENOUGH IS...

Very nice workers here! I have a closer UPS store near my house, but I go to this one because they care about people's time and are very kind!
