Loved the customer service BUT I'M ONLY 2 BLOCKS from the US Cellular store and I never get more than 1 or maybe 2 bars on my phone!

If I could give a ZERO I would. I don't see myself using US Cellular for my phone service. They don't take selling their service Seriously. The stupid pompous asinine ads on TV tells me that. Now...
