Troy is a city in Lincoln County, Missouri, United States. As of the 2010 census the population was 10,540. It is the county seat of Lincoln County.

Troy is located at 38°58?30?N 90°58?38?W / 38.975°N 90.97722°W / 38.975; -90.97722 (38.974922, -90.977132). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.9 square miles (15.4 km²), of which, 5.9 square miles (15.4 km²) of it is land and 0.17% is water.
