FYI to all: all returns require a photo ID and they record all of your personal information. I tried to return a cash purchase, with a receipt, in the same week and they refused until I turned...

I like it and enjoy the store set up I just wish they had more of a baby selection, I understand toys r us is not babies r us but Columbia needs a babies r us then!! Overall enjoy the place.

This Toys R us is dirty, disorganized and the staff doesn't know where anything is. The store is absolutely disgusting. The layout sucks. The staff isn't helpful at all.

Ask me to leave just for trying out one of your toys?? WHAT?? The 3 year old was doing it to!!! The store is always a mess and kids are running wild. Sure I'm angry because I was asked to leave.
