Thomas E. Thompson works with a firm that started in 1944, which at that time defended two main clients, American Telephone & Telegraph Company and New York Fidelity & Casualty Insurance Company. The firm did primarily insurance defense, but in the intervening years, it has broadened its base and now does both plaintiff's personal injury litigation and insurance defense. The firm is geared to handle all types of litigation including automobile and truck collisions, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home injuries, fraud and misrepresentation, insurance policy claims and determinations, workers' compensation, complex business, and class action litigation. Several members of the firm have gone on to become judges in the State of Missouri. Our firm members actively attend and lecture at local and national trial practice education programs and seminars.
