The older white lady is very rude. I have been here multiple times and every time she helps me she is rude to me. I'm not coming back to this location because of her. Everyone else is ok.

Store also charged me $1.00 for a piece of tape! The tape needed was no more than 3 inches in length.

I been a frequent here for almost a year and I have no issues with returns/sending packages. Staffs are polite and attentive. This location is convenient and meets all my mailing needs.

This place seems to continuously open late and close early. Charges me $1 for a piece of tape before. If you can make it to a different UPS Store I'd recommend it.
