Best advice is go to a different Ups store. Very rude to their customers and they try to scam you with up charges when they aren't necessary. Third time this has happened I take a return package...

Very rude employees in the store. They are no help at all when it comes to mailing anything. Walked in one day to two employees yelling at each other while there were customers waiting in line....
