TNC Community has been providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities for more than 50 years. It offers a range of services, such as healthcare oversight and management, individualized supported living, community integration and residential habilitation services. The center also offers a variety of other services that include physical and occupational therapies, community integration, 24-hour care, nutritional guidance and transportation services. In addition, it provides information concerning licensure, survey reports and managed outcomes. The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and is a member of the Missouri Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. TNC Community, established in 1949, is located in Kansas City, Mo.
