History

Downtown St Louis' historic Shell Building was originally completed in 1926 as the U.S. headquarters for the Shell Oil Company. Now, almost 85 years later, this Grand Dame still holds court elegantly at the intersection of Locust and 13th Street, known to her admirers as Shell Corner.

Nice place to stay. Lots of history about this building and Hotel Jefferson that is attached. Parking is 45 day but we street parked easily. Everyone was super friendly. Lots of construction in...
