Awesome find on our road trip. They use real butter and olive oil (no seed oils - woohoo!!). Good coffee, ice cream looks amazing and everything was fresh and wonderful! Will come here again...

We had the ranchos. The beef was tender and excellent. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, and the tortilla chips were made from flour and baked in the oven to perfection. I would rate it a 10.!

The Matt Dillon Burger and freshly grilled sweet potatoes were amazing! We also enjoyed a couple of scoops of homemade gluten free ice cream! Don't pass up this little gem!
