The Hibiscus Jerk Hut is about as close to a hidden gem as you can find in North Springfield. A good trucked parked at the corner of Glenstone and Florida in a parking lot next to the train tracks...

Great food, full of flavor and a bit more healthy than other options in Springfield. I had lunch 2 of my 4 days in town here. Friendly staff and the Chef is legit.
