worst apartment complex in kcmo. literally will take your deposit for little to NO reason at all! Poor management and the fees are crazy for a terrible living space.

This place is a dump. There are always bugs, no matter how much you keep your place clean. You pay them to spray for bugs and they do not. The buildings are so worn down, it's like they don't care...

terrible management and leasing office, do not move here. they charge inexplicable fees that will not be refunded. along with that they have roaches everywhere.

If you like to shower with freezing cold water then 3 seconds later with boiling hot water, this is your place! A 10 minute shower shouldn't become 30 minutes because you spent 20 of those...
