The BH staff and is very nice and helpful! and the maintenance crew is quick to fix any issues! i haven't had any problems living here.

They don't care about their residents. Especially those that work from home, how do I know this. They had a "pool part" from 2-5 on a Friday where they blasted music. No wonder they don't care...
