had my schnauzer groomed there and honestly they brushed him out lightly trimmed the hair but did not even give him a bath or trim his nails,,, very disappointing

I had my silkie terrier and miniature schnauzer groomed there. I was very disappointed with the job they did. They scalped the silkie...it looked like his hair had been cut by a blindfolded...
