Everything you would expect with a speakeasy. Dark intimate seating. Service was good and the drinks are great with a great selection. Very chill and would definitely go back.

Lounge The Thaxton is a full serve, Art Deco venue, specializing in boutique style weddings and events. When not privately booked, the lower level of The Thaxton is host to an underground lounge known as the Thaxton Speakeasy. The Speakeasy is St. Louis' only password protected night spot. And is only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays WHEN NOT PRIVATELY BOOKED.

Definitely delish cocktails and an interesting vibe. The projected lights were a bit odd and the space felt a bit empty but the drinks made up for it.
