Tanner Wallen, DO

Dr. Uppal is board certified in pulmonary medicine and internal medicine. She obtained her internal medicine training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She completed a fellowship in pulmonary medicine from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Uppal has over 10 years of experience in treating pulmonary diseases. Her services include, but are not limited to: asthma, lung cancer, COPD, sleep disorders, interstitial lung disease and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Uppal is on staff at SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis.

Nikhat Salamat, MD, is board certified in pulmonary disease, sleep medicine and critical care medicine. She earned her medical degree from King Edward Medical College, and served her internship at Roger Williams General Hospital. Dr. Salamat went on to complete her residency at St. Joseph Hospital - Chicago and fellowship training at Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Krysta Maskey, FNP, is a nurse practitioner who specializes in rheumatology. She sees and treats patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases, such as arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, and gout, which affect the joints, muscles, and bones. She provides clinical expertise, diagnostic skills, therapeutic interventions, education, and counseling to help her patients better manage their chronic disease or medical condition. Krysta works with her patients to fully understand their health challenges, so she can determine the appropriate treatment that will improve not only their symptoms, but also their quality of life. Additionally, she takes her time explaining each treatment and how it can benefit her patients' care and outcomes.
