Susan Elliott, DNP

Dr. Melissa Lowe is an audiologist, caring for patients with hearing and balance disorders. She provides patients with the information and tools necessary to help deal with hearing loss. She works with the latest technology in hearing devices, such as traditional hearing aids, bone-anchored devices, and cochlear implants. Diagnostic skills include comprehensive hearing tests, balance testing, and electrophysiology. Dr. Lowe is in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, , at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She is a licensed Missouri audiologist.

Sandra Pepper is a family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for all ages. She offers immunizations, wellness exams, well woman exams, family planning, joint injections, skin biopsies, asthma and COPD management, abscess drainage, wound suturing, and treatment for acute conditions such as ear infections and strep throat. Pepper believes her experiences working in the intensive care unit, caring for patients with morbid or end-stage diseases, enhanced her ability to treat patients in the outpatient setting. She is interested in research regarding the healing properties of food and supplements. Pepper is a provider with SLUCare Family Medicine, a clinical practice of Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr Kelsey Manescalco is an optometrist who offers eye and vision exams and treatment of various eye conditions. She specializes in eye care for pediatric patients, treating moderate to severe amblyopia (poor sight) using occlusion therapy (covering one eye to strengthen the other) and/or pharmacologic therapy (eye drops, prescription glasses). Dr Manescalco is a staff optometrist in the Department of Ophthalmology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys playing and coaching volleyball.
