Monday-Saturday you will have the ability to attend any class you would like! All you have to do is pick the class you are attending on DOGPOUNDKC's online calendar. When you arrive for your class one of our certified instructors ready to motivate you through the workout of the day! We strategically target different muscle groups daily to create the perfect full-body program. If you are new to training, have specific goals, or just prefer working 1 on 1; Our personal training packages are a great option! Training packages are a bundle of sessions that are uniquely designed & personalized based upon your specific goals, comfort level & workout needs. With your personal training packages you receive our simple customizable meal plan & your own profile built. We will then use your profile to accurately measure your success & progress!
