Happy with cleanliness and they were attentive and helpful. I was in last week when there was a lot of ice melt on sidewalk and parking lot and they were doing a great job keeping the floor clean.

You have to use their washers to be able to use the dryers. My dryer at home wasn't working, so I didn't need to use their washing machines. I went to "No Spot Laundry" instead and had no issues...

I'm very upset I took my clothes out of the washer and 5 pieces had giant holes in them!I couldn't even communicate my complaint with the little old man at the counter I don't think he understood...

Don't even bother coming here my bf lost all his black socks and they blamed it on us instead. Mind you I sorted out our laundry before sending them off to them and we lost 5 -6 pairs of black...

I used their fluff and fold a few times. Something always came back torn.
