I've patronized this location over 5x's in 6 weeks as I work very close by. The women (older women, one gray haired and one redhead) who work there are EXTREMELY rude. They don't greet you, scream...

I totally dislike their new method of heating subs in a brown paper bag. My subs were hot but chewy bread when I got back 5 minutes after pickup. It tasted ok but just super tough bread.

Food was good but the lady making my sandwich was such a smart ass. I was pointing and saying what I wanted and she says to me "I know where it is, you don't need to point".... in the rudest tone....
