Really slow service. When it's lunch time and you have a line that is about 5 people you need to have more than one person making sandwiches. The bread was stale and do were the chips. Pretty sad...

When has it ever been a business practice, to fill orders from a app before you take care of customers that drove to your location to order and eat, I watched them make 5 sandwiches while I waited...

Twice I have ordered wraps on line with the app and drove 10 miles to the location and told we don't have any wraps thawed or we can only do one wrap because we are out. Will not order from this...

I enjoy subway for cheap end sandwiches when I'm in a pinch.(worked there for 3 years) but the one in Willard does not follow proper procedure for making sandwiches they tend to throw ingredients...

I have now been sick twice after eating sandwiches here.. not other Subway locations, just here.
