Staff was accommodating and did honor the survey for the cookies. They seemed understaffed and trying to survive in this location. Very convenient and my sandwich came out fine.

This subway is awful. Dirty, missing items shown on menu. Floor is flooded w water. Dining Tables are all dirty. Service is not good. Guy behind the counter has no idea what the menu says. Also...

Two stars only because the poor girl is working as fast as she can. This is not her fault but she's doing the job of four people. She is always the only one working. While there, in between...

The customer service at this location is by far the worst I have seen. My order was canceled due to them not accepting deals that the website states that they participate in.

This place cancels online orders if you use a coupon. The girl said they do not accept any coupons at the store.
