The firm is also prequalified by the State of Illinois Capital Development Board to offer services in all of the above engineering and surveying fields. The firm offers engineering and land surveying services for commercial, industrial, municipal, governmental, and institutional clients throughout southern Illinois. The founding partners, Armen Asaturian, P.E., President, and Robert Eaton, P.L.S., Vice President, were both previously associates with another consulting firm and have worked together since 1978.Asaturian, Eaton and Associates provides comprehensive engineering services including preliminary studies and conceptual planning, boundary and topographic surveys, preparation of cost estimates, complete construction drawings and specifications, construction layout and staking, construction inspection, and general project management.
