The only reason they stay in business is the fact that they don't have any competition in my area. They suck big time. One star for them is one too many!!!

Awful, awful, awful service. Slowest connections ever. Won't stay connected. They send people here but they are as confused as I am. They leave without resolving the problem almost every time....
