Stone Ledge Distillery, nestled in Defiance, Missouri, is where exceptional spirits come to life. Using a traditional Missouri-centric alembic Armagnacais process and Missouri copper stills, the distillery prides itself on crafting high-quality, chemical-free, and sustainable spirits in the scenic Ozark Highlands.

With its main production facility in Union, MO, under the guidance of distiller Demetrius Cain, Stone Ledge celebrates a range of spirits, including imports from Britain and the Caribbean, as well as local Missouri wines, beers, and spirits. Visitors can savor these spirits in the historic Defiance tasting room, open Thursday through Sunday, or during scheduled group visits.
