Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes. Gus was determined to serve his customers the finest burgers and shakes in the business. I am 79 years old. The keosk to order is very confusing. I won't be back . I left after 5 minutes of trying to order.

Waited over 40 min for drive up order. The order was not complicated. 2 cup chili one burger and fries. Not sure what the problem was
