Was so happy they were open on this icy day! The food was fresh hot and delicious! Server was very friendly. Restroom was clean. One of the best fast food experiences in a very long time! Thank you!

It seems to me that steak and shake has changed. Now, they seem to think they need to go down market and compete with McDonald's on price. So my meal of a specialty hamburger, fries and a Coke...
