Mid America Rehab was founded in 1994 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Ste. Genevieve Care Center is a 60-plus-bed, skilled nursing facility that features private and semiprivate rooms. The center offers a range of health care services, therapies and treatments. It provides personal, respite and homemaker care services, as well as organizes visits by registered nurses. The center offers physical, occupational, speech and restorative therapies. It also provides infusion, pain management, and wound, tracheotomy and postsurgical care services. Located in Ste. Genevieve, Mo., the center offers several laboratory services, including X-ray and sonography. It is part of the Community Care Centers, which is a nursing home management company that was founded in 1977. The company operates various nursing homes and residential care facilities, as well as serves senior citizens suffering with Alzheimer s disease and related disorders.
