Don't waist your money. Yes with their drops and putting out lots of money and eating but 800 calories a day you do loose weight but the coaching is a joke and at times condinsending. No help...

I do not recommend this plan. It is a starvation diet that only allows you to have 500-600 calories a day for the first 60 days. That is not healthy. I followed it for 5 days and it made me sick....

I have had tremendous success in losing weight. The staff is amazing and always there for you. Would recommend this for a life changing experience
