St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club, founded in 1976 as St. Louis County Gymnastics Club, provides gymnastics and cheerleading activities. Its list of programs include Busy Bodies, Tumbling Tigers, boys gymnastics and tumbling, instructional gymnastics, tumbling for gymnastics, gymnastics teams, cheerleading teams, birthday parties, field trips, camps and pizza parties. It also offers cheerleading instructions for school squads. Based in Missouri, St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club conducts a variety of camps, such as cheerleading, team-based, super star, Little Sunshine and holiday camps.
