This place needs to close so many time have they failed me today i go in with a cashiers check to pay my mortgage and was told that i had to wait 10 days for a cashiers check to clear from Bank...

Calling customer service is ridiculous. Wait time can be as high as 30 to 45 minutes. That is unacceptable.Its like they keep you on hold so long that you will hang up.
