Chaotic and poorly managed. Waited 90 minutes for my order. It was incorrect. Customers were requesting refunds due to long wait period. Won't be back.

Terrible service. Waited in line behind 3 cars, 2 of them left and it still took 45 minutes. Got the order wrong which was only bread and soup and took another 10 minutes to just get the bread...

Service is way too slow, set in drive-through for 20 minutes. Management needs to retrain everyone.

The cookies are great and the tables are clean and booths and the restroom is clean and the staff are so nice
