FREE AUDIOBOOKS! I'm serious. Why spend money on books you may not even like, or won't ever read/listen to again? The library has them free, and professional narrators will even read them to you...

The "help" desk staff is hit and miss. One may get up and physically help you look for an item while another may look it up on the computer, like you just did, and tell you where in the library...
