As the building is located on a one-way street, the most convenient way to arrive is by taking the Convention Center exit on Interstate 70 (east or west) and head south at the light. Take the roundabout, following signs for Veterans Memorial Parkway/Interstate 70 East. Stay in the lane for Veterans Memorial Parkway and turn right on Time Center Drive. The Outpatient Center will be on your left. In addition to a parking garage located at the east side of the property, we also offer surface-level parking. To enter, go through the main entrance, located on the south side of the building, turn left to get to the elevators and push "2" for the second floor.

Dr. Kramer is board certified in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree and completed his internship and residency at Saint Louis University. Dr. Kramer has been practicing with SSM Health since 2003.

This physician is affiliated with SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. Hong Zhang Frankel, MD, PhD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician who has been practicing for over 20 years. She received her medical degree from Beijing Medical University in China and completed her residency at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. She also has a PhD in neuropharmacology. Before joining SSM Health Medical Group, Dr. Frankel was in private practice in Addison, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. She provides care to patients from age newborn to 18 years. She is fluent in Chinese.
