Physicians at SSM Health Medical Group, located in suite 500 of the 1035 building at St. Mary’s Hospital, provide rheumatology services, minor outpatient procedures as well as office consultations for surgery. We commonly consult with patients interested in colon and rectal surgery, reconstructive breast surgery and thoracic surgery.

Adult and Senior Outpatient: 314-344-7101 Geared towards adults 18 and older and seniors, focused on helping you work through stress, anxiety, depression, and bipolar, as well as other mental health concerns. Youth and Family Outpatient: 314-344-7101 Specifically for adolescents who are experiencing signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or bipolar disorders. Youth may also have secondary issues of self-harm and/or substance use. Long-Acting Injection Clinic: 314-344-7101
