Established in 1984, Springfield Skilled Care Center and The Lodges is a more than 200-bed skilled nursing and residential living facility. It is locally owned and operated and is licensed by the state of Missouri. The facility provides activities for individuals of different age groups. Springfield Skilled Care Center and The Lodges offers emotional and behavioral support, as well as physical, occupational, speech and language therapy programs. It operates Andrew's Retreat, which is an over 10-bed division for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The facility s lodges provide weekly housekeeping, case management, scheduled transportation, medication and social services.
