The South Grand Community Improvement District (CID) is a political subdivision of the state of Missouri, established in 2001, with the mission to enhance public safety, maintenance, building improvements, and economic development in the Tower Grove community of Saint Louis. Comprised of unpaid volunteers who are property and business owners within the district, the CID aims to cultivate a robust and supportive business climate, emphasizing safety, cleanliness, promotions, quality tenant attraction and retention, and infrastructure improvements.
