History
I started out selling books online out of my home in 1999. I ran out of room in my home and decided to open a bookstore on Rangeline in 2003. A year later, we moved the store to 15th & Main in Joplin and expanded to include used furniture. A couple years later there was a fire in the building next to ours and our insurance company suggested that we move so we moved to 22nd & Main. We planned on being at that location until we retired but that was not meant to be. Our store was destroyed by the tornado on May 22, 2011, and we moved one more time to 516 N. Main in Joplin. We re-opened on June 9, 2011, with new furniture from out of town. Since then, we have been acquiring used furniture, household items, and books, so we now have a mixture and new and used items.
Specialties
We sell both new and used furniture as well as miscellaneous household items and used books.
