I called them multiple times to pick up the bin because it was full. But they didn't show up for the scheduled times. Each phone call lasted more than 60 minutes. Don't use them.

I have now had to contact them for the third time to remind them that I am no longer a customer And they continue to send trucks to my business to pick up shred after they removed their consoles!

Our office have called them numerous of times to come and pick up 3 large containers that are no longer in use, as well as pick up the two smaller ones that are full and need to be shredded!...

5 months ago I left my initial review. They still have not come to pick up their bins from our office! They are the worst. We switched to the Shred Truck.
